Delivery sucks

In January I bought a kitchen set from Fair price festival mall. I wanted to collect them but they said no I can't and they will deliver in 14 days. 12 days later my kitchen set arrived. So February I decided to buy bedroom cupboards from them. Upon purchase I was told it will be 7 days. Since the house I have just moved into has no bedroom cupboards and I'm currently living out of a box, this was great news for us. Last weekend was 7 days. No cupboards. Monday I get a call can they deliver that afternoon. I say great, my husband will be home at 3pm. 3pm comes and goes. And I get told it will be 4pm. Eventually after about 6 phone calls I make to them with promises that it's coming today, I get hold of the driver who says he can't make it tonight and will be there between 9am and 10am saturday. This time comes and goes and I phone and get told they are definitely coming. Eventually at about 11am still nothing so I phone the driver and once again get assured they are coming today. Later on I get a call they can't make it but he promises 8am tomorrow morning. It is now 11:55am. I spoke to the shop at 9:15am when they assured me the driver was on the N3 on his way to me and they will come install at 2pm. Well believe my surprise when 2 and a half hours later the driver STILL isn't here. If our cupboards are not here by 3pm today then I am going to go demand my money back so I can go buy from someone more reliable because this is pathetic.
