Delivery service

I bought staff for my brother on the 29th of November 2019, they promised to deliver within 72hrs but till today there's no delivery, he needs to move in this weekend so he cant do that without having a bed. Im thinking of going there and get my money and go buy the bed somewhere else Im disappointed
