Delivery query

The fact that fair price forces people to pay for deliver is draing, we had asked that we cillect the good ourselves, but were told we have to pay for deliver, whereas the delivery people just delivered my wardrobe but they told me they cannot move it up the stairs, I'll have to see what I do with it. #WIN It is really annoying that we have to pay people for such services??
