DELIVERY OF WRONG COLOUR (HEADBOARD)

Good Morning

I need someone to assist me with my purchase made at Carletonville branch. I bought a headboard and the one that was delivered is not the colour I chose. First they delivered black then they delivered grey but I want fawn colour.

My husband signed for the delivery but I realized later that the colour is wrong. I went to the store today to complain because it's really unfair that sales consultants delivery wrong items in the name of making sales.

As a customer I have a choice and if my choice is not in the store consultants must be open and truthful so that I can make a choice whether I want another colour or my money back. They can't make that choice for me.

I'm very unhappy about this purchase and I want my money back or the colour that I selected
