Delivery ( NOT)service (NONE)

i have never been stood up for more than 5 days waiting for my bed to be delivered, i called the office all those days and they had one story and one tale, "the driver did not like the quality of the beds from the warehouse". When did i miss the part where the driver has a say on what quality am i looking for? he made decisions on when and what bed i need, ( he was not at the shop when i paid cash for this mind you). I am appalled by the sales rep excuses

i wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone they do not care about the customer needs, i am nicely annoyed with their service it is way below basic and too average, 5 DAYS TO DELIVER?????? i can't
