Delivery Nightmare

I bought a 2 seater velvet couch on Friday,the couch was delivered very late and unfortunately we had load reduction and some of the nails where missing so we refused to sign for delivery until we have complete nails hao come Saturday morning we notice that the arm rest is broken,we called the guys and they said there's absolutely nothing they will do to assist us😪mxm I'm so disappointed i dont wanna lie,now I'm stuck with a brand new broken sofa 🙁
