Delivery Failures and Poor-Quality Couches – Worst Experience Ever!

We purchased couches and a coffee table on 5 October and paid for delivery of both items. They only delivered the couches, and I had to fetch the coffee table myself, yet they were not even willing to refund half of the delivery fee for the item I had to collect.

Since 18 November, I have been trying to get the couches collected. Despite numerous calls and confirmed arrangements, their team has failed to show up twice. I also called head office multiple times and was cut off repeatedly while trying to speak with the regional manager. I am still waiting for a call back.

On top of the delivery issues, the couches themselves are of poor quality and do not meet reasonable expectations for the price paid.

This is a complete disregard for customers’ time, money, and effort. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy from Fair Price again. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
