Delivery 3-7 working days seriously?

I went on Saturday and purchased 4 items at your Krugersdorp branch. The gentleman advised delivery is 3- 7 working days. This is a very long time to wait. I have a back problem and purchased a bed which I can’t wait that long for. They are unable to provide me with a day when delivery will take place.

I spoke to the Manager at the store who advised that they did not dispatch anything today. How is this possible.

My x husband went to the same store and purchased a headboard on the 27th of January 2018, he was advised when he left the store delivery would be the Tuesday 30th of January 2018. If he could be told in the store when they would deliver why can’t I be told. I need to arrange for someone to be home to accept delivery.
