Delivery

My mum bought a coffee table, TV unit and a fridge on the 24th May 2019 at Sunnyside Steve biko branch and she needed the product to be delivered at Ga-Marishane limpopo. The explained to her how the process will work which she must go to Lebowakgomo Branch. She went to Lebowakgomo branch on the 03rd June and paid delivery fee of R850 and she was promised that the product will be delivered after 2 days. With no vain she phoned after a week the told her that it will take 2 weeks. But as I am writing this complain now the product are not yet delivered. This is pathetic
