Delivering damaged furniture

I bought items worth over R10000 at Fair Price in Polokwane. They didn't have stock on some of the items so we agreed that they will deliver them later.

I was liaising with them through the phone because I reside in Gauteng. The items were delivered by their transport company and when I went to Polokwane to inspect the items, they were damaged, and I couldn't accept them.

They are refusing to come collect and refund me because I don't have the invoice with me. They acknowledge their products, delivery and my communication with them. Even after showing them my bank statement for proof of payment.

They are very dishonest and deliver damaged good and hide behind the invoice.

I will never buy from this store again.

They are very dishonest when coming to resolving the problem. They could have just replace or refund me.
