Delivering Damaged and Wrong Items

I bought (01/11/2015) the white LG washing Machine 14 KG and Elegant Base set cash and request for same day delivery (Sales person check the stock and promise to deliver). They deliver the floor show machine one wrapped with plastics and the base was also damaged (broken).<br> <br> I report this to the manager he promise to solve this. the delivery guy come to collect them and tell me how he is making a favor for me. i called the store the manager fail to give me the assurance about delivery of items, he just ask for my contact. i m still waiting for them to deliver those items right now.<br> <br> I m not happy the way the manager and his delivery guys handle this matter
