Delays and Unprofessional customer service

Fairprice is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever bought something at, i bought a zinc last year 20 December and they promised to deliver the same week I bought it but no ,they kept delaying me until January 5 and even when they delivered they gave me a broken item filled with mud,scratches and broken parts,I went back with a video to show them their product but they said their warehouse knew it was broken anyway buy still delivered while it was like that . They said they’ll exchange the zinc but seems like the driver is not having it . They’ve been giving me **** promises with the worst customer service ever. I no longer think they’ll deliver it anymore.I want my money. I know when I call they’ll say this’ll week but a week to them it’s probably a month.
