Delayed delivery and no contact

On black friday 29/112019 i bought a washing machine and tv stand which to this day has not been delivered. I called the store on *** and *** where i spoke to Papi Dire, the sales person who assisted me with my purchase. He advised my furniture will be delivered on Tuesday, yet to this day the store is unreachable and i am still waiting. I paid in full for these products and expected it to be delivered by then. I was advised it takes 3 days yet 6 days later no word from the store. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed especially since i waited in long queues and took hours off work to go support the store to purchase the furniture. I want my refund so that i can go to another store. I have bought furniture at the store before and i must say this has become annoying
