Delayed delivery

I ordered a bar fridge from Fair Price online on the 23rd of January 2024 up until today 01 March 2024 I still have not received my order . I keep calling and the person I manage to talk to keeps telling me they’ll call me back . This communication was around Tuesday , from there my number doesn’t go though anymore.
