Delay on online purchase

I placed an online order with fairprice on the 1st of April, the item was in stock. On Monday I checked the status of the order and it said out of stock, Fair Price didn't communicate with me whatsoever regarding the delay, sent them emails no response. Yesterday I called and they said I have to wait until sometime next week, when I asked for refund they said it'll take about 21 days. What ****es me more is that they are not even communicating I'm the one who have to follow up. Also when checking on their website it shows they have 66 items in stock
