Defective sleeper couch

I am very much disappointed, as I was sold a defective product, I bought a sleeper couch sometime last year 2023 in April and within two month the legs collapsed. I went to the store to address the issue as it was still within CPA and was told they will come and collect the couch. Two weeks passed with no collection followed up and they kept on giving me excuses and telling now I have to pay for them to come and collect the couch. Even the store attendant confirmed that the legs on the couch were not meant for a sleeper couch.

Now the couch is at home jsut there and its falling apart on its own
