Defective product and poor customer services

Worst decision was buying from Fairprice without checking their reviews and ney promoter score. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. I bought pedestals from them, first they said the pedestals are partly assembling when I told them that is not the case they change to no they are DIY. The cupboards that they have delivered they are scratched and look old as if I bought second hand. I am told the only way to return is to use the form that is only which by the way does not open. And again they stayed the process of returning and me getting my refund is a long process. If you don't want stress stay away from Fairprice and stick to reputable furniture shops
