Defective and unsafe Stove

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the stove I purchased from Fair Price NKOMO Pretoria West supp**** by Akmo Holding based in Durban (Ferre OBAC) The unit is brand new and has never been used, yet it is defective. Specifically, the auto‑ignition does not function and the knobs are loose, making the product unsafe.
