Delivery terms and conditions, me and my spouse made a lay buy few months ago and the option was is either you use a company transport or bring your own, but to my surprise on the last day of payment and collection we were told the terms had changed and is a must to pay transport delivery since the changes started 2 weeks ago verbally,but in writing at the back of the invoice it is clear that customers can arrange transport to collect. When I tell the so called manager Mr Sekoboane Paballo he told me the changes was send by the shop owner through email and he can't do nothing about it.I left with my invoice without getting what I bought cuz I had my own transport and can't afford to pay R350 for transmission. On Monday I drove to fair price warehouse to collect and it was a success. So it means the stuff busy ripping the innocent customers their own rights as a customers.
