Damaged table from 866 Chief Mogale kagiso

I bought dinning room suite on Saturday at Fair Price Krugersdorp and paid for delivery to my house. The delivery was done on Thursday. When I arrive home from work I found dinning room suite in boxes. On Friday afternoon I started to assemble the chairs. When I open the box containing the table I found that the table is damaged on top. I went on Monday to report that the table which they delivered was damaged. I showed the pictures of the table as well. Till today no one call from fair price and I am the one who must run around following then. Customer service at the furnisher shop is pathetic. Today is the 1 of June 2019 which is already a month since I brought the complain to the store regarding the table. I phoned Fair Price Head office and the assured my that the store manager will call me... But nothing of that sort happened. I am really disturbed by this service from Fair Price Krugersdorp...If they cannot exchange the table then they must refund me...Please Help
