Damaged stove

We bought a stove at Fair price Dabsonville and it was delivered, the two guys who came to deliver the stove was on a hurry did not even let us check the stove before they leave

The stove has a dent and it was bended , my sister went to the store to report the matter on 24 May 2023

On 26 May a guy named Timothy from the store whatsapp me saying they have booked a service call a technician will come to check the stove.

On the 30May the guy whatsapp saying the technician will come that week Up until now no one showed up or called to check if the matter was resolved

And when we whatsapp they don't reply and when my sister go to the store they seem to not care

The brand name of the stove is Ferre 4 plate stove
