Damaged goods new purchase

1st time purchasing from this furniture store threw online, got a few items that were reasonably priced, however the table and chairs set was badly damaged, so I tried contacting them on their email line which is *** and There was a telephone call center number ***, dialed this number 8 times call has an answer machine with operator asking you to make a selection, never got threw to any department it cuts. My blood was boiling because the after service delivery is pathetic, ive lodged 3 email queries not 1 response. I would never refer anyone to them, im irritated to the core. But I leave them to God. Selling damaged junk from warehouse that is not up to standard for delivery should be a *******, that set needs to be given away for recycling.
