damaged goods

I recently bought a wardrobe at FairPrice stores, The nightmare begun, when the merchandise took longer than the mentioned date of delivery. when they finally delivered, I had to wait for one of their assemblers, he came ,damaged the furniture, I reported this to the store, made endless calls and went in to the store was promised that they'll replace it, to this date ( since 4 November 2019) it hasn't happened, their service is appalling, they don't know how to treat customers
