Damaged goods at fair price in Bree JHB

I've placed a complaint at fair price three month back about a restonic queen size bed i bought. Its been damaged since it was delivered, including the walldrop and head board. They promise great quality products and deliver damaged goods. Their service is poor, they people I've dealt with are shameful almost as if they planned to take my money for this sinking bed and broken wall drobe. I was dealing Ahmed an my salesperson was Frets Ngobeni.
