damaged goods and poor service

I purchased some furniture from Fair Price Atteridgeville.Was told that I must give 7 days notice for delivery which I did.On the day before delivery Thabiso(salesman) informs me that they do not having a ding room set and I would get it by 02/12/2017.Thereafter they deliver 1 to me that has scratches on the glass and 2 chairs are damaged.Spoke to the manager of the store(Jerry) who has no way with customers or a clue of what is happening in his store.Cannot get hold of the Head Office either.Was promised that the goods would be collect by 13h00 today(07/12/2017) but not yet.Want to warn people not to spend your hard earned money at Fair Price because they sell ******* and are a bunch of *****.I just wonder how long I will have to wait for my refund.FAIR PRICE = ******* GOODS
