Damaged goods

Good day

I want to lodge a complaint as we bought a washing machine and a stove from Fair price Southgate and both the appliances was damaged this is now a month ago. The stove was replaced last week now the store manager is telling us that the washing machine won’t be replaced. This is unacceptable as it was never used and is still wrapped up. I need assistance to get the sorted out if it is not sorted by c.o.b Friday 01 November 2019 I will bet a lawyer and take legal action against Fair price and I will be reporting this to hello peter and the consumer commission.
