Damaged Goods

I'm so ****ed by the service i got at Fair Price in soweto next to SARS I bought a 4plate Stove in July last year its been 8 months using the stove last month when i was switching it on it Bust and they told me that the stove has a 2 years warranty ..I phoned them telling them about their stove. they send their DEFY technicians to come and fix the stove know they are telling me that i must pay in order for them to fix the stove but when I was buying the STOVE they told me any problem I should have they will fix it with no cost, the worse part is that i have lay buy a DEFY fridge with them
