Damaged good and bad service

1st June 2012 i bought a samsui plasma flat screen TV at Fair price and was paying instalments as required, the n at first I complain about the TV the delivered it had paint stains and they said someone will come and replace but then it went on and on we =without anyone showing up and then decided not to make the payments as they where not attending to my queries , then they decided to come and repossessed the goods. I am very disappointed.
