Damaged fridge and unprofessional service.

I bought a hisense fridge *** at Fair price in Alexander mall on 15th October 2023 received it Monday driver left it there didn't check with the receiver rather he was in the hurry and confirmed that the fridge is not damaged it had a dent on the side way of the door frustrating thing is that the box package is not even damaged at all but the fridge is ....I've been trying to get hold of them the whole week they are taking me up and down to the point that the driver/courier said I can do whatever I feel it's right for me to do he will never come pick up that fridge.same courier person who left the fridge out of the Bakkie alone without anyones help he did bother to check as the policy that you check with the receiver before you confirm that the product is not damaged even though I told him and he knows about the policy.as for the Consultant Simon I'm very disappointed at his service too he kept laying to me saying the driver will come to get the fridge from me for exchange it's Friday today when I called the store rather he saying there's nothing he can do maybe I should do something because I know better and drop my call what kind of service is that I can't keep something I'm not happy with yet I bought it with my hard earned money....this is so unprofessional.
