Damaged delivery

We purchased headboard there at the Bloemfontein fairprice. It was delivered but with a damage and without the headboard feet. We tried calling but they don't answer the phone and when they answer no one is taking accountability they only refer to the sales person who was only visiting the store that day who now cannot solve the matter. Since 24 December we are still waiting. The guy named Tshepang who's apparently the sales person is not helping at all, the manager cannot be accessed. We are here sitting with useless headboard
