Damage fridge

My sister ordered a fridge and TV stand online, with delivery scheduled for around 11 am. However, the delivery guys showed up at 8-9 pm, only to discover that the fridge was damaged on some sides. When we called the delivery guy to inform him of the situation, his rude and unprofessional behavior was absolutely appalling. We demand that someone from Fair Price contacts us immediately, or we will be paying a visit to their office with X Repo. This level of service from Fair Price and the delivery guy, Sipho, is completely unacceptable.
