Daily excuses about delivery

<p>We bought goods from Fairprice furniture store in springs last week Friday 12:11. The sales person said that they will deliver Saturday if not by Monday because the owner decided that all branch warehouses will closed due to stock damages and that all stock must be picked up in their jhb warehouse so if you want to pick it up by your self you have to drive to the jhb warehouse otherwise a delivery fee of R200 . So we choose the delivery. Monday morning my husband phoned and was said that the driver already picked up the goods and is waiting to be weighted. The same afternoon after 3 my husband phoned again and the driver said no he's waiting in a que to pick up the goods. But it will be here Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning 9 o'clock my husband phoned again. The driver did not answer his phone so he got a phone number from someone in HR the man apologized and said that they are moving stock to SAP and they did not put our stock on SAP so it looked like ****** goods but he promise that if not by Tuesday afternoon it will be delivered by this morning he will phone us back by 9. Well again today we phoned after 11 and no answer again after 2 and at 3 o'clock the man said sorry he could not phone back because the phones where out off order. He said that our goods will be delivered this afternoon and well its exactly 17:44 and no delivery</p>
