Customer complaint

I bought furniture at Thorntree Shoping Centre on 25th January 2020-*** and till to this day delivery hasn't happened. when i phone they pretend not to hear me and on the other line they drop the call. Went there to speak to them and they promised delivery but nothing still. i mean this is my money also the ups and downs are a cost to me. with the way they operating they should rather close the store.
