Customer complaint

I bought my four plate stove this year around march or June and it still on warranty and my stove is giving me problems, I went there asking for an assistant to fix my stove they told me that they will call a mechanic to come to check what's the problem, when the mechanic comes to check the stove he found out that three of the plate are no longer working because ****roaches are in the stove, therefore they are not allowed to fix the stove because it's my negligence that's why the stove is not working because of the ****roaches, I ask ? Why are you not telling us that when we are buying instead you telling after buying I felt like I was ****** honestly, since they came to the house they haven't gave me any feedback about fixing my stove. So I'm ****ed, stressed that I have to tak out my own money to fix the stove while the stove it's still on 2 year warranty!!!!! That poor customer service and not even a well class customer service because everyone is giving me and my girlfriend an attitude.
