Customer care to be improved

My friend bought some furniture at Fair Price, Corner Watt Street and Old Pretoria Road,she in Gauteng stuff to be delivered at Limpopo Moletjie Ga Phago unfortunately the drunk driver found a teenager and delivered 3pcs steel kitchen unit with broken doors and without keys from June 2020 until today the store give her run around without replacing it or refund her R 3700.00 what a service!!!!!
