Couch

Hi there,

Bought a couch at Fair price Kaalfontein two days back then I notice the couch is torn, I phone ‘Busisiwe the store manage I explain to her my concern she immediately says you signed the confirmation that you are happy with the product, I can not help you what kind of customer service is that?? My review with this shop is very bad and I would like to enlighten customers to be very careful when buying stuff at the shop. Now I’m having a damaged product. If only the owner of the company could see this post maybe he might assist me.
