Concerned customer

I ordered a cupboard on the 23 December 2023 online, the expected delivery date was end of Jan 2024. Till today I have not received any communication from Fair Price.

When I call their many 087 numbers I cannot go through, they seem to be all programmed the same way. What's worse is that they promised a 10% discount, which was not added when I made my purchase, I let it slide.

I need someone from Fair Price to please help, because it is almost 2 months since I placed the order and the service has been very bad.
