Compliant. (Fairprice Mvusuludzo ) Thohoyandou

I went to one of your branch in Thohoyandou, the one in Metropolitan centre. Bought a Wardrobe about two weeks and two days ago, And I've since never receive any communication for from the sales personnel who assisted me. No update about the stock availability.

Also on the day of Purchase, I wasn't informed that the wardrobe I wanted was out of stock. I only got the information after I've made payments. Which was a bit unprofessional to let the customer pay for an item you know you don't have stock, let the customer decide if they want to continue with the purchase or not.

It's been 3 weeks with no updates about my purchase from the sale personal. Whom I've to call about week two since she was dead silence to ask about my order. And she softly responded that she forgot to call me but she was calling some of her customers updating them, with their purchases. I guess I wasn't worthy for the call/updates myself. It's almost a month now and be not received my furniture. Customer service is non-existent , it feels like the staff is making you a favour.
