Complaint about poor customer service

Good evening thus afternoon I went to fairprice at Orange farm eyethu mall because I needed a refund as I had a change of heart regarding the product I had deposited when I got there all the employees were seated busy on their phones and conversing amongst each other not caring about the presents of customers,well I walked to the front desk and greeted the guy who was seated next to the desk who didn't have an identification card on and asked him if it was gonna be possible for me to cancel my laybuy and have my cashback he said no that would not be possible I'm supposed to take something else that I like in the shop I then told him that would not be possible because I ddnt want anything else I just wanted my money back,when he was telling me this he was not even looking at me busy on his phone when I asked him that what happened to professionalism why is he attending to me whilst he's busy on his phone he just said I'm also on my phone and that he doesn't care if I'm a customer. I then asked for the manager when I realized all of the employees on the floor didn't hv their name cards on he claimed to be the manager after yelling at me saying I wouldn't get my cashback.I was not happy at all as a customer I felt illtreated
