Complaint about fair price service

I am very annoyed about the servicr i recieved at fair price furniture,after a month of laybye when i go to the store to track my delivery i was told the did not deliver because some of the furniture i bought was out of stock,something that they failed to tell me at the beginning of my laybuy..we agree that the will remove the item that is not available so my furniture could be delivered,they promised to deliver the following day after i made a complaint,but come two day still no delivery,when i go back to the store they tell me that another item is out of stock.I am really disappointed with their service and i am still waiting for their delivery hoping they will soon deliver
