Complain.faulty product

I just bought a Defy washing machine on the 26 off January 2025.collected it yesterday.when I got home to try and use it. It doesn’t work.so now apparently I need to call Defy myself for repairs, how does it happen to repair a new product. Am not happy at all . The fair price is in Krugersdorp cbd
