Complain of delivery delay and customer services at Benoni Fair Price

On the 8th of March 2025 I went to Fair Price Benoni Lakeside Mall to pay the remaining amount of a chest of drawers which was a layby and they told me they will deliver the same day which they didn't. I did a follow by calling the store and they said it will be delivered on the 12th if not the 14th and they said they will call me back again which they didn't until I visited the store on the 22nd of March 2025 and asked for a refund they refused we even got to an altercation and then I left the store in anger. Reference for my order is 17633 I urge you to look into this issue. I'm only asking for a refund.
