Complain for fair price at festival mall Kempton park

I have bought headboard and a wardrobe on the 16-02-2020 both things and delivery cost me r8200 and i ask wen they will deliver the sales man by the name of camangile gwazilitye sayed to me on friday which is today but they didn't n wen i called them they sayed they having problem with their supplier and they taking long to reply on their e-mail hense i was asking him that he promised to me that they will deliver today he said i must do wat ever i want to do and i asked to speak to the mananger by name of sbongile she was telling me stories and she sayed she give me feedbck by 4 but still she didn't call me n i had to call them again to find out wats going n she told me dat the is a display which was being refunded of the wardrobe that was on display n she sayed i should come and check it for my self then i told her dat i don't want it they rather give me my money back she sayed they don't have the money because customers are using cards to pay which dats not my problem n these thing that's been happening it's not the 1st time its the second time m so ****ed n angry to have such bad service that they gave me i will never ever set my foot in that store fairprice festival mall m so angry plz take ur staff to training and when you hire hire people with good customer service
