Communication is horrible.

I bought a wardrobe at Fairprice in Alberton over lay bye. It took about 3 months and I paid it off on Thursday 26th August. They say give them 7 working days to deliver it and also assemble it. I phoned on Monday to try and organise for this Friday which exactly a week and they said they'd call me, so I wait and no call on Tuesday. I call Tuesday and they say they'll call Wednesday which is today the 6th and nothing so I just phoned them at 15:20 and what do I get? She'll call me in 10 minutes, well it is now 15:55 and ****** all. I paid this wardrobe off so where the hell is the co-operation and customer service, like what the hell is wrong with these people that they can't give me one damn answer. These people are ******** and damn infuriating. Why do I still have to wait for something I paid off. If they pitch at my home to deliver it and I'm not there, they will not be let in because I do not trust them at all. If someone see's this please do something about closing this place down. They are unprofessional and very unhelpful. Useless and appalling.
