Collection issues for 3 weeks!

I bought TV stand on the 22nd of December 2023, Fair Price Lichtenburg.. to this day 15 Jan 2024 I am still waiting I had lost my slip for collection, when I found a picture of my slip they told me it's too late they have already invalidated it Now I'm still waiting 😕😕 I don't know what steps to take
