Fair Price Eyethu Mall is so unprofessional and rude. They finally delivered my girlfriends wardrobe today unassembled after they said its all inclusive and free assemble. She made multiple calls over the past 3 months and they had been giving her the run around since. Today she called the person responsible for assembling the wardrobe and he gave her an attitude, he was drunk and rude and felt that she must wait because he is busy and he does not have time for people who act like they are entitled. The service from this store is extremely poor and it really needs new ways of customer management. Upon calling the manager she could not be reached and was told that the store is closed.

I feel ashamed and betrayed, as well as ****med out of good money from the poor service received from them.
