Cash customer getting poor service

Last year September I bought a queen size bed at fair price mams mall and the bed is damaged and I went to the store to report they told me to call their head office or send an email ,I did all that but still nothing has happened no one has ever get back to me and the store they told me is because I bought the bed cash so cash customers are not allowed to get help
