Broken sofa bad customer service

Since the 24th of feb asked for exchange cause of broken sofa i went the store to submit all required still no feed back its being a month now.

I bought it at throntree on the 06th feb

Last week Monday driver called said he will come on Tusday to collect he didn't pitch til date when I call he just say he will come.its being months now I reported immediately.

Since it seem that I won't get an exchange I want my refund I will buy elsewhere
