Broken Lounge Suit

Hello Peter, on the 12 of December 2020 my fiance and I bought a bed and a lounge suit from fair price in Mabopane. Our stuff was delivered on the 18th of December 2020 and everything looked fine. On the 25th of December 2020 while my fiance was sitting on the couch the couch broke and we went to fair price on the 26th of December 2020 to report it as it has a six month warranty on frame. They then told us that someone will be in contact with us we waited until my fiance decided to make a follow up call on the 5th of January 2021 and they told him that they are still waiting for the warehouse. On the 21st of January 2021 again he went to the shop and they told him that they don't have stock. Why are they not contacting their clients as they promised because we are the ones always contacting them regarding feedback. Now it's going to be a month we are not using this couch. It's either they refund us so that we can go and buy somewhere or they give us a new couch. We can't wait this long. I am not happy with their service.
