breach of agreement. I was mislead

I bought 13kg kelvinator w/machine at Alexandra (wynberg) fair prics. Before paying off the amount on the 06 Nov 2015 I asked Miss T Sithebe the sales person if I can collect my machine at Louis Trichart and I was told that I can all its fine. I told the lady to inform Louis trichart that anytime from the 22nd I will come and collect the machine. On my way to Venda on the 24th I phoned wynberg at 15:25 PM to confirm if I will be getting the machine and Margaret agree. They called me back 6 times to confirm and insist that I go the following day. <br> <br> On the 25th I hired a bakkie and paid R700 only to find that Louis trichart does not have the machine. I was told that they will only have the w/:machine on the 26th or exchange to another one. What happened to the machine I bought. According to the office when I pay off I was told that they will fax the documentsets to Lyborn. I was mislead. I took something I didn't like KIC but because I didn't have a choice. If only they were willing to deliver my washing machine but no...All what the shop cared about was my money but not my needs. Being a customer with Fair Price for this long I never thought this day will ever come. I'm so disappo
